You can report suspected boating or wildlife law violations of any type through the statewide, toll-free, 24-hour Wildlife Alert hotline at 1-888-404-FWCC (1-888-404-3922). You can find more information by visiting

Examples of Violations include:

  • Illegal hunting, killing or capturing of protected species
  • Fishing by illegal methods
  • Boating under the Influence.

The telephones are answered 24-hours a day, seven days a week. You may also call the nearest regional office on local numbers(during business hours.)
