Easting ahead, searching the shoreline for tails, backs and wakes.

Ryals rolls a cast towards shoreline fish.

Fish were too busy eating to notice Ryals sneak up almost on top of them.

Ryals puts the wood to a redfish, pulling it away from line-slicing oyster clumps.

Capt. Rick Ryals in his homewaters.

Ryals silently surveys the creek.

Ryals sneaks one last fish out of creek before rising tide ends the day's fishing.
