  I was fishing with a D.O.A. greenback paddle tail rigged weedless with 2/0 owner j-hook. it is a worm hook. Weighted with a 1/8 oz. bullet weight. The snook measured 33" not the biggest but a lot of fun on light tackle.

Walking along the beach and this beast came swimming along.....my brother had his fly rod rigged and ready for just this chance.....he had his baby in his arms and had to choose....snook or baby....he chose baby and I caught the snook with my first cast. We didn't measure the snook but I am 6'5''.....the fish was safely released to swim by again.

Walking along the beach and this beast came swimming along.....my brother had his fly rod rigged and ready for just this chance.....he had his baby in his arms and had to choose....snook or baby....he chose baby and I caught the snook with my first cast. We didn't measure the snook but I am 6'5''.....the fish was safely released to swim by again.
